CANCELLATION POLICY

All runners can cancel for a justified reason with the right to a 100% refund (minus €15 bank and management fees) of the registration fee until May 31st. A justified reason includes all medical causes (or similar severity) that prevent the participant from attending the race.

From June 1st, the percentage of the registration fee refund will be reduced according to the table below.

FROM AUGUST 22TH, NO REFUND WILL BE MADE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, EVEN IF THE CANCELLATION GUARANTEE WAS PURCHASED.

To cancel, you must send an email to registration@ultrapirineu.com requesting the cancellation, attaching a signed medical certificate confirming the contraindication to participate, or (if the cause is not medical) the corresponding official/legal documentation.

*With CANCELLATION GUARANTEE (€30): Participants who wish to do so can opt to pay the corresponding supplement during registration for the cancellation guarantee of each distance to get a 100% refund of the registration fee in case of cancellation until August 21rd.

Cancellation guarantee

This cancellation guarantee entitles the runner to get a 90% fee refund in the following situations: <ul><li>Until June 1st: No justification needed.</li> <li>Between June 1st and August 17th: Reimbursements will be made only in case of medical impediment to participate on the date of the event. A medical CERTIFICATE must be presented.</li> <li>From August 19th: No fee will be refunded.</li></ul> Upon cancellation at registration@ultrapirineu.com, the organization will transfer the running slot to the first candidate in the waiting list. This cancellation guarantee does not entitle the candidate to choose his/her substitute, irrespective of whether the registration was made individually or as part of a group. RACE BIB CHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

I do not want to purchase the cancellation guarantee

This option implies the refund of 50% of the registration fee in case of cancellation. Cancellations will be accepted ONLY for medical reasons that prevent my participation on the date of the SALOMON ULTRA PIRINEU®2020. Cancellations will be accepted until June 1st, and I must prove my disability with a medical certificate. Upon cancellation, the organization will transfer the running slot to the first candidate in the waiting list. RACE BIB CHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
