POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES

Todos los corredores podrán darse de baja por causa justificada con derecho a la devolución del 100% (menos 5€ gastos bancarios y de gestión) del importe de la inscripción hasta el 31 de mayo. Se considerará causa justificada todas aquellas causas médicas (o de gravedad similar) que imposibiliten al participante asistir a la carrera.

A partir del 1 de junio, el porcentaje de devolución del importe de la inscripción se reducirá según la tabla que se muestra a continuación.

A PARTIR DEL 22 DE AGOSTO, NO SE REALIZARÁ NINGUNA DEVOLUCIÓN BAJO NINGUNA CIRCUNSTANCIA, INCLUSO SI SE HA CONTRATADO LA GARANTÍA DE CANCELACIÓN.

Para darse de baja, será necesario enviar un correo electrónico a registration@ultrapirineu.com solicitando la baja, adjuntando un certificado médico firmado que confirme la contraindicación para participar, o bien (si la causa no es médica) la documentación oficial/legal que corresponda a la causa alegada.

*Con GARANTÍA DE CANCELACIÓN (5€): Los participantes que lo deseen podrán optar por abonar el suplemento correspondiente a la garantía de cancelación de cada distancia (solo durante la inscripción) para tener un 100% de devolución del importe de la inscripción en caso de baja, hasta el 21 de agosto.

If you indicate that you have any insurance managed by any of the federations or private companies indicated below, make sure that you include the activity of mountain races in Catalonia, and that the insured capital covers at least the minimum benefits indicated in the 'Real Decreto 849/1993, de 4 de', indicated below:

  • Death due to accident: € 6000
  • Permanent disability: € 12,000
  • Healthcare: UNLIMITED (including rescue and medical transfer costs (by helicopter and/or land in the Catalan Pyrenees)

Cancellation guarantee

Vull contractar la garantía de cancelación (6€) que em permet rebre una devolución del 100% si sol·licito la baixa abans del 21 de agosto

<p>This cancellation guarantee entitles the runner to get a 90% fee refund in the following situations:</p> <ul><li><strong>Until June 1st:</strong> No justification needed.</li> <li><strong>Between June 1st and August 17th:</strong> Reimbursements will be made only in case of medical impediment to participate on the date of the event. A medical CERTIFICATE must be presented.</li> <li><strong>From August 19th:</strong> No fee will be refunded.</li></ul> <p>Upon cancellation at registration@ultrapirineu.com, the organization will transfer the running slot to the first candidate in the waiting list.</p> <p>This cancellation guarantee does not entitle the candidate to choose his/her substitute, irrespective of whether the registration was made individually or as part of a group. </p> <p>RACE BIB CHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES</p>

<p>This option implies the refund of 50% of the registration fee in case of cancellation.
